Real Colors® workshops are appropriate for youth (12-17) and adults.
Real Colors® is a unique four-color personality assessment and workshop designed to be entertaining and user-friendly.
The following Learning Outcomes are identified for participants:

These realizations achieved by participants are powerful knowledge they can use to build healthier relationships; communicate more effectively; improve morale, self-confidence, and leadership skills; and better understand and respect themselves and others - both in and out of the workplace.
The Real Colors® Personality Instrument takes temperament theory to real life application in a way that is easy to understand and fun to learn. It is an exciting, interactive experience that uses colors, pictures, small group activities, and larger group discussions to expose participants to a different way of viewing their relationships and interactions.
